Northeastern Community Development Corporation (NCDC) is a not-for-profit Community Development Corporation located in Camden, North Carolina.

NCDC was founded in 1979 with a mission to build stronger communities in Northeastern North Carolina. Our purpose is to transform our service counties into more desirable places to live and work by improving education and familial structures; increase low income housing opportunities and low wealth homeowners; and providing equitable socio-economic opportunities for minority populations.
